Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 2–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of cost to the Unites States of America.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may contact you for clarification. Delays resulting from incorrect shipping information are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs inspections, or other events outside our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and also notify us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
